As we near the end
of 2024, we're excited to continue delivering new and engaging modules for
IQVIA.com. Below are the modules we've released so far, with links to view
them on the website
module gallery in our staging environment:
In December, we
plan to release two additional new modules:
This
modular interface is designed to highlight key takeaways. Each panel
includes a headline and description, with expanded content revealed on a
rollover.

Combining
the size of a single module with the depth of an entire landing page, this
module allows users to explore key initiatives, case studies, products, and
more. It features stats, callouts, quotes, and visuals in a unique
horizontal scrolling experience.

Learn
more and see a demo of the new features during the next Open Office session
on Wednesday, January 8.

Campaign Member Donut Chart Returns in Salesforce
We are pleased to announce the return of the Campaign Member donut chart in
Salesforce! Over the past few months, you may have noticed that this
valuable feature was missing and replaced by a single list view of campaign
members. This change made it challenging to get a quick overview of your
campaign members and their status breakdown.

This
updated chart functions just like the old one, with the added benefit of a
manual refresh option to keep the values current.
We
hope you find this feature useful and continue to benefit from the new
functionality.

New Tracking Capabilities from ON24 Allow for UTMs
ON24 has added UTM parameters to support embedded Engagement Hub or Target
experiences. (UTMs are the industry standard for tracking digital referral
traffic to websites or webpages.) UTM parameters will enable you to gauge
the effectiveness of your campaigns and identify effective channels to
drive more visitors.
When
UTM parameters are included in the URL, their values will be captured and
stored by ON24 for incoming referral traffic, enabling a more detailed
analysis of promotion effectiveness.
Additionally,
users can see the corresponding UTM values of any registrants used in their
incoming URL at the point when they register on the hub or page.
If interested, learn more about how UTM’s work: UTM
Support.

Objective-based Pricing for LinkedIn Advertising
LinkedIn
offers a range of objectives, such as brand awareness, website visits,
engagement, and lead generation, each with its own set of ad formats,
bidding strategies, and optimization goals. The objective you select
directly influences your advertising costs through objective-based pricing.
For instance:
- Brand awareness campaigns are charged by
impressions, regardless of the bidding strategy selected.
- Website visits campaigns can be charged by
impressions or landing page clicks, depending on the optimization goal
and bidding strategy.
- Lead generation campaigns can be charged by
impressions, clicks, or message sends, based on the selected ad format
and bidding strategy.
For
more information on campaign objectives and bidding strategies, visit
LinkedIn's help section here.

LEAN Leads Connect You
with the Business
IQVIA’s Lean Leads are those
individuals in the organization who are part of the Central LEAN team and
work closely with the LEAN council. Having a close partnership with senior
leadership enables this group of leaders to understand business priorities
and align Lean initiatives to them. They help coordinate not only the Lean
project pipeline but also the Lean community and available skills in each
group. They are also available to help you better understand how to get
involved with LEAN in your business. These Leads represent most business
units and global corporate functions.
Find your Lean
Lead on the Digital Workplace and feel free to reach out to them
to better understand how to get more involved with Lean in your business
area.
For
further help and information, be sure to Follow The Lean
Connection on Go IQ and visit the LEAN BPI&A
